Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Arcanook order. If you have an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@arcanook.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled, used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts due to customer handling.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
